Coby Harris, Pipe Wrench, came out this morning to clear a clog in my main drain. He managed to do this as quickly as possible giving me an estimate before the work. Friendly and personable, he did a great job. Pipe Wrench was the only plumber to answer the phone this weekend based on my experience. Recommend!

We were in a pickle with our toilet over flowing 3 times, called Pipe Wrench at 4:00 pm thinking they would come the next day and if not we would have had to relocate. The customer service was amazing and we got the call back from Daniel Rakowski he would come today after he finished the job he was currently on. So around 5 pm or so he showed up and worked continuously for hours @ around 7:45 pm he had the drain cleaned out and we now were back in service!! Thanks so much to Daniel for his service and professionalism. I hate he’s getting a late dinner but couldn’t be more thankful for the fast service and dedication to resolve our issue.

Had a very good experience !!! Kellan is very professional, prompt and courteous. Absolutely superb work. The office was very good at keeping us notified of when he would arrive which was exact. Sad.. they seemed so great. This is there finished work. Behind my washer, wood is still rotten,I paid them to replace it all. They left it exposed to my sub basement. Mice and bugs. (Replace all plumbing) Behind my fridge, they left it wide and open. Being hidden, I guess they didn’t want to finish it, they didn’t remove the old floor, put new boards over it, makes me question what they fixed. Because of that it doesn’t blend with old floor. They left it that way. They didn’t want to cut small boards to give it a finished look. In there defense, I wasn’t there. (Out of town) so I couldn’t watch them. But that’s how trust works. Now they won’t call me back. It’s been over a week. Utterly disappointing.
