Excellent service from start to finish. The oil change was quick, well-priced, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable. Everyone was great, but Tamia truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and clearly explained. I definitely trust the work they do here and never felt pressured or upsold on anything. Great value and a smooth experience overall—highly recommend this Valvoline location.

I had a really positive experience overall. I don’t get oil changes very often, so I wasn’t totally sure where to go or what to do when I arrived. I initially pulled up near the service area, then backed up to park, and that’s when a very kind gentleman came out and asked how he could help. I told him I needed an oil change, and he calmly explained where to line up, which was very helpful and immediately put me at ease. I didn’t catch his name, but he was the same person who later helped me at the end by giving me the sticker for my next oil change and helping reset the oil life indicator, which I really appreciated. All of the other employees were also friendly and professional throughout the service. The service itself was smooth and efficient. While the price is on the higher side and cost is an important factor for me, I would definitely return when I have a coupon or discount. Overall, the customer service made the experience a good one. The total was $102 after applying a $15 discount for a full synthetic oil change.

I recently visited the Valvoline location and had an outstanding experience! Jimmy and the team are absolutely amazing—truly the nicest guys I've ever encountered at an oil change place. They were friendly, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Keep up the great work, guys! I will definitely be coming back and bringing all of our vehicles. Highly recommend this location! --- Feel free to adjust any part of it if needed!

The employees are extremely kind and professional. They are polite and knowledgeable. Often when I am doing car-related things, I’m made to feel dumb/judged. I don’t feel that way here! I feel like cared-for customer. The service is fast but also quality. I also witnessed a person from across the street ask for help with his dead battery. One of the employees ran across the street to help him without any hesitation. These are good people!

Last time my experience with Valvoline was very good, but this visit was not the same. I believe this location may be short staffed, because things moved slowly. I waited about ten minutes in the line with my car parked and no one approached, and a car that arrived after me was served first in the other lane. I am not very familiar with cars and I was told to turn the car on for something, then I was moved forward and the oil change happened while my engine was still running. No one asked me to turn the car off. That felt unsafe for the team and for my vehicle, and now I am worried even though the car seems fine. For context, my car is a 2025 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid. I usually go to Toyota for service, but a family member said Valvoline could be more affordable so I tried it. After this visit I am unsure if I will return. I truly hope the employees are not punished. They were trying to do their jobs. Instead, please add training that reminds staff to give clear guidance about when to turn the engine off and to pay close attention to the order of the line. Adding more staff at busy times would also help. I am sharing this so future customers have a safer and better experience.
