I started coming here after Quality Tune-Up on 19th Ave went away, and my dad recommended it. While I don't think it went as fast as the old shop, it was still pretty fast and it's super convenient getting to stay in your vehicle while you wait. They ARE more expensive than Q tune, but I think they provide a better experience, and more space to maneuver your vehicle, which is important for my situation. And everyone there is so friendly and seem excited to be there working together, it just feels very positive. They DO pressure you every so lightly to do your other fluids, wiper blades etc. But 1) often they are right, you SHOULD do your transmission fluid since you've never done it and 2) you can always just say no thank you and they are fine with it.
Staff is always super friendly/courteous. They were able to do the oil change and a tire rotation. And I felt assured when a manager checked the bolts and everything was good to go. I was in and out quickly and appreciate the farewell as I drove off.
Good service just giving one star off for being outrageously expensive. Even more than the other Valvoline locations in Marin and Sonoma. Thanks for the complimentary top off for my coolant. The second star taken off for the quality of marijuana the staff smokes there. The next day my battery was dead (complete separate issue from what I came in for) and I popped open my hood to see a marijuana joint filter from the company 'Cookies'. (See photo) Seriously... there are better quality marijuana out there than the Cookies brand. 🤦♂️
