Very skeptical. I will change review if they fix issue. No instructions on how to return rental and all phone numbers are not operating. I feel scammed into renting then charged for the total amount if the book. I will change review if they resolve my issue.

I do not recommend renting books from this store. Due to the store's mistake, I am out ~$130 as they put something wrong in the system. If you are renting books from this store, double check everything. They put the sticker on my book stating it is a rental, but put it as bought in the system along with several other issues. Due to what they put in the system, they would not receive the book as a rental and only refunded a tiny fraction of what I originally paid. Instead of recognizing the mistake and trying to find a way to fix it, they said the best they can do is buy the book back with no other solutions.

Honestly the best art store in town. I've only ever had a problem finding something once and the art manager was able to order it for me. When it comes to art supplies only shop here for paints because of the help I get and the variety they carry. I can never resist the sale racks for shirts either. The paints are the cheapest in town that I've found and the largest selection.

Varsity always has what I need and when they don't they get it in for me as soon as they can! Very thankful for a cheaper and easier route than other bookstores. Always great to get to see and pet the owner's dogs when they're at the store too! They also have great merchandise and other apparel- bought the best mugs and Christmas ornaments and comfiest sweaters!
