Wow very fresh some equipment needed some work but welcoming staff super easy set up for three day pass, jaylin was Super Friendly helped me get set up quickly so I could hit the weights before pre-workout wore off. Awesome place a must hit!!

I see this place as a place to work, gain and recover any part your mind and body. Some call it their second home and some their "one hour a day" I call this place my coliseum and my battle field.

The gym in of itself is good. Clean which is always good. The facilities are nice.
