EDIT*** I reached out by email twice and have received no response. Clearly they don’t prioritize customer service. Yesterday, I called in advance to ask if I could return a purse I bought at their sidewalk sale. I gave absolutely all the information they needed - sidewalk sale, approximate purchase date, receipt, and happy with store credit. I specifically said that it is very hard for me to come to the store as it will take 1.5 hours there and back and I have a small baby. After asking their manager a few questions the staff member assured me that it would be no problem to return the item for a credit. I was very happy because I would simply buy something different. When I arrived, the manager on staff said they wouldn’t return it. When I explained that I had come from very far, and that I called in advance to be sure , I was met with a very firm no and asked to wait. The manager told me that the girl was in training and made a mistake. I said that the new girl had told me twice she needed to ask her manager, and came back to the phone and told me it was ok. Because it was a sidewalk sale, they said no. I let them know I had very clearly given that information. I asked her to please consider at least an exchange while always kind and polite, and she said there was nothing they could do they had made a mistake. I ended up in tears, which staff and clients saw because my baby was upset strapped to me in his carrier, and the long ride home for absolutely nothing awaited me. I have always been met with kindness at this store but I was shocked at the way I was treated, and for their mistake. It wouldn’t take much for them to have given me a credit. They have lost a lot of business and I will be sharing my experience.

Unique selection of décor, kind of makes me feel like I'm at a more tasteful and sophisticated Homesense. Although their furniture is slightly too pricey for me, but the aesthetic is on point and I would find beautiful pieces here that I wouldn't be able to find elsewhere!

Very nice and stylish home deco and furniture store. Although they are a bit pricey, it’s worth going to find something cute and special as gift.

What a cute home goods store! My friends and I were drawn in from the exterior. The items were cheap but unique, and had a cute flare to them. Each product they carry could be a nice decorative addition to your living space. The items are on the smaller side, ranging from small trinkets, to kitchenware, to candles. VdeV even had some accessories in case you want to match your living room. Overall, I wish I could’ve bought the whole store, but I’ll settle for a cute bowl and two candles.

Great selection of items. Well decorated store that gives you an idea how to put everything together. Great place to find an unique hostess gift. I like the warm light and the dining set. The price is not cheap. Sometimes the label get mixed up too when the items are too close to each other.
