I can't say enough good things about the VEG team! From the moment I walked in, they jumped into quick triage and took action right away, which immediately made me feel supported. It was such a scary situation with Yoshi, but their team was not only incredibly skilled, they were also so kind and reassuring the entire time. They explained everything clearly, kept me involved, and never made me feel alone in the process. I'm so grateful for the care, support, and compassion they showed both Yoshi and I. It truly means more than I can put into words. Forever Grateful! 🥹

I highly recommend this pet ER. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating from start to finish. They allowed me to stay with my dog throughout the entire visit, which made a stressful situation so much more comforting. Not only did they send us home with the prescribed medications, but they also provided extra soft food to help with my dog’s recovery. Every staff member took the time to check on both of us regularly, making sure we were okay and informed every step of the way. Their compassion and level of care truly stood out—I’m so grateful for everything they did for my dog and me.

What started as an extremely difficult and emotional day ended in a level of kindness I haven’t experienced in a very long time. My dog had an emergency early this morning, and after months of ongoing stress and hardship, I was already overwhelmed. From the moment I walked in, I was met with compassion, patience, and genuine care. Dr. Ayoub was incredibly kind, thorough, and thoughtful—taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Caitlin at reception was phenomenal and truly a gem / angel on earth. Thank you for chatting with me while I was so nervous. Every single person I interacted with treated me with such warmth that I found myself overwhelmed with emotion—in the best way. They took amazing care of my Suki, and I left not only with peace of mind, but with a sense of hope and positivity that I hadn’t felt in quite some time. I will recommend this team to anyone and everyone. It’s clear they truly love animals—and just as importantly, they care for the people who love them.
