My 84 year old mother’s precious baby parakeet became suddenly ill. After calling 14 places, I found this VEG ER. I raced over with the bird late at night . Dr. Colone and nurse Carolina were phenomenal. They were capable, informed, skilled, informative, honest, kind and gave plenty of time as I grilled them with questions about what was going on with my bird. I felt that our precious little baby was in good hands and I thanked the universe that we found such capable healers. Also, the prices were far more reasonable than I expected for late night ER care. People like this give me a little more faith in humans.

My maltese is 11 years old and was diagnosed with heart condition by her Vet. Soon thereafter we took her to VEG ER and it began with China who was great to comfort us to begin the process. Dr Ortiz shown so much compassion with her knowledge and experience that made us feel we found ee chose the right place. 4 months after our visit to VEG ER, we wanted a fair opinion on Tiffany's med, and spoke with Dr Diaz. Dr. Diaz was another amazing doctor who took the time to explain the Lasik dosage, and we are completely at ease. She gave us some referrals of Cardiologist for Tiffany. We will definitely recommend coming here.

Dr. Reid and team were so incredible with my dog’s emergency situation last night! The hospital is an open concept so you can stay with your pet the entire time and see everything going on, at one point it seemed to me that things weren’t going great with my dog and despite being busy a very kind staff member took time to notice my stress and come explain what was going on and how I didn’t need to worry! I spent about 4 hours here and during that we saw so many different types of animals, from rodents to birds to dogs with all kinds of scary big emergencies come in, nothing phased the team, they handled each case with so much knowledge and care! The team is incredibly efficient while also always taking time to be compassionate towards their patients and their scared owners. I’m very picky about my dog’s vet care and I pray we never have to return but if we ever have another emergency I feel so much better knowing I can bring my dog here! It was a little pricey but that’s why we have pet insurance and it was worth every penny to see my dog happy healthy and pain free again!
