I have rescue dogs that need specialty help. At our appointments and after our rescues are treated with love, like a dog already owned ❤️ The staff is so kind and caring - and when your pet is going through something difficult - that means a lot. They are super responsive, knowledgeable, and offer different scenarios for treatment. 10/10 for my pets AND my rescue dogs.

This is my opinion only…Always Been The best Experience, Special, Because, my pets are in the good hands of a professional specialist doctors. But I noticed in my experience that They don’t try to make money from me. They give me different options. (I know it’s a business too, but they don’t trying to get my money the maximum )Even they know they might not gonna make too much money and that’s when they show the human Side. I wanna make clear that this Only my experience for more than five years that I’ve been taking my pets with them. Thank you very much for all the Care and all what you did for my pets rest in peace(two of them because the age). And the one I’m still having and I love my ratatouille.

Five star service. The staff is super professional And we felt like our dog was in good, capable, hands. We were in a situation where there was a decent chance our dog wasn't going to make it so another thing we really appreciated was their ability to walk us through everything in a compassionate way and guide us through a difficult decision making process. Spoiler alert, our dog survived because they did a good job. She's back to her old self and loving life. Would recommend.

A someone who has worked in the Vet field for 23 years, I am very picky where I take my dogs when they need a specialist. One of my 5 pups, Hutch, had an acute back issue and couldn’t walk. I went ahead and made an appointment online to bring him in to ER and hopefully to see the neurologist. When we walked in, a male technician came and greeted us immediately without us having to wait. He was extremely professional, and very friendly both with my dog and me. I ended up helping them get my dog into the treatment area, he has horrible anxiety without me, and the staff was more than understanding. I was more than pleasantly impressed with the technicians and the doctor on that night. The way they worked with my extremely anxious and painful dog was unbelievably amazing. Everybody was friendly, calming, and knew what they were doing. I absolutely had the best experience here. We ended up needing to leave him overnight so he could have an MRI in the morning and possible surgery. The next morning they called me at 9 AM, just like they said they would, and let me know every step of the process of the treatment for Hutch. After the MRI, I got the call that I was worried about. My Sweet boy needed back surgery. The doctor was professional, confident, and made me feel at ease with her diagnosis. we went ahead and did the back surgery, and I gave them 100% of my trust with my sweet boy. Fast-forward to the next day when I got to see him and he was walking on his own and not crying out in pain. I will never be able to explain to them how much they did for us that night. being a technician and having to hand your dog over to someone you don’t know is extremely hard on me, and Hutch. The entire staff is amazing, including the women that are working upfront. Some people don’t realize that working the front desk is one of the hardest jobs. I cannot praise this hospital enough, and everybody that we came into contact with in those two days. Not only is my dog making an amazing recovery, but I feel like I have another family of a hospital that I can go to when I need them. Thank you so much for everyone that helped us!

The staff was very welcoming and kind. Dr. Miller was very thorough, so compassionate and loving; when she entered the room she immediately sat on the floor and loved on Piper which was wonderful. To see and know that the doctor truly cares about the patients she sees is very reassuring when you’re dealing with a cancer diagnosis of your furry family member. We feel very confidant with the treatment plan that she has played out for us and are grateful knowing that she will be treated with the utmost care from the wonderful team at VSH-North County! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
