We had the pleasure of working alongside Victoria Storah Weddings & Events for Alicia and Elliot’s wedding on 26 July 2025, where Capture My Big Day was hired for photo and film. From start to finish, Victoria and her team had everything running seamlessly. The entire day at the family home was organised to perfection. Timings, details and logistics were all handled with complete professionalism. As suppliers, we really appreciated how smooth and stress free the experience was. Communication was clear, everything was thought through, and it allowed us to focus fully on our work knowing the day was in safe hands. If you are looking for a planner who delivers a flawless wedding and makes the whole process feel effortless, we could not recommend Victoria highly enough.

Where do we even start when trying to put into words our gratitude for one person (two, if we include her mum as her assistant) who almost single-handedly delivered the most beautiful day of our lives? It’s fair to say that Victoria probably didn’t expect us to be the easiest of clients. Not because of impossible expectations, but because she often had to wait days for a reply — on a good day! — along with a few other challenges best left unmentioned. Yet throughout it all, she remained patient, kind, and unwavering in her dedication to creating the stunning vision she had for our wedding in North Yorkshire. Every preference, every thought, and every idea we had was considered and supported by Victoria. With her care and second-to-none expertise, we were fortunate enough to see all of her wonderful ideas come together into a day that exceeded anything we could have imagined. Victoria, words cannot express how thankful we are for you. My wife and I will forever remember the joy, beauty, and love you brought to our celebration. We are truly in your debt. So once again, thank you, Victoria — and thank you also to your lovely mum. You were both amazing. And finally, to anyone reading this: if you are fortunate enough to have Victoria as an option for your wedding planner, I promise you will be blown away by the care she puts into her work and the incredible results she delivers. Victoria was a well needed cog in our wedding, we didn't have time to do all the chair backs but Victoria came in bright and early and set to work with no fuss. She followed every instruction and left everything looking amazing, thank you so much.

Victoria was just wonderful to work with. No matter what we needed, any questions we had, Victoria was there. We were over the moon when we were asked to flower the wedding Victoria had the task to fully plan + what a wedding it was! I honestly can't recommend Victoria enough, everything was perfect. Every 'I' was dotted + every 'T' was crossed. I hope we work again together in the future!

Absolutely stunning weekend at Brunton House and Cottages, near Alnwick. Had been looking for the perfect setting for a large family get together and I approached Victoria Storah to help me source a location. She did such an amazing job really taking the time to find out what we needed and what we weee celebrating and what we wanted to get from the event. She found this location and both she and those who run the estate were incredibly helpful. Without Victoria’s tireless search we wouldn’t have found this amazing place! None of my questions ever bothered her! The whole family enjoyed it so much and everyone was sorry to leave! Perfect setting for a very special event. Thank you!
