They have everything! Their prices are a little high but it's worth the convenience. They're even on doordash! Yesterday my boyfriend had to stay late for work and we couldn't get to the store before they closed but we really needed food for our dog due to a delayed shipment of her food. We got our door dash in less than 30 min. The specific type of food wasn't on doordash but I knew they had it in the store so I called and the lady on the phone made sure I got the correct food. Thanks so much.

The gentleman and his colleague helped me find the proper cat tapeworm and flea medicine in 5 minutes. Saved us 😂 Recommend the place. Hyde street is sweet. People, I love you.

I bought two harnesses for my dog from the store one fit the other didn't so I returned it to the store with the receipt the hanger and the packaging and was told I wasn't able to return it because it was over 21 days which is fine but can I at least exchange it for the correct size. The man in the store tries to tell me it's been worn if I'm bringing it back if it's too small I tried it on my dog it was too small the only reason why I tried this pet store is because I come to oxygen therapy everyday at St Francis hospital because I'm a recovering cancer patient now I'm stuck with a harness that I have no use for a waste of my money I should at least been able to exchange it for the correct size I'm just a thing I have seen various items in there that I wanted to purchase not so much anymore. My fur babies ago where they're wanted and where my money actually means something.

Even tho I don't live in SF anymore, I still like to stop by once in a while :) This time, I picked up a new toy (paper grass) for my Clementine and she definitely enjoys it as a great addition to her "crinkly corner" 😸

Love this local pet shop! The staff here adore all pet visitors, and always give our little 6-month-old husky mix, Kumo, a treat whenever we visit. (He found out he likes watermelon through the staff here. :D) There's always a bowl of water at the door for dogs to quench their thirst, and this place usually has whatever comes to mind in terms of dog needs. And if they don't have it, they can most likely order it for you to pick up at the store when the delivery comes in. Another great perk about this store is they have 3 dog baths in the back of the store, complete with dryer, and towel service! If you don't have dog shampoo and/or conditioner, the store has samples ready at your leisure to add to your bath bill. They come in oatmeal, mango, and lavender scents. Those bottles for us can typically last two sessions. Don't forget supplies for little feline friends! As far as I can tell, they'd have everything you need for cats, too. If you're in the area, have your furry friend stop by for a visit! You're in for a treat. ;)
