They have some cool stuff but personally everything was pretty over priced. I got a cool mug and when I got home and did my own research I realized I got charged double! For a used mug! 😂. I also have a pretty extensive jewelry collection so I know what quality is and standard pricing. They are so expensive here! I saw a ruby ring that was so tarnished you could barely see the design on the band trying to be sold be 165. I got a ruby ring by an artist in Taos for 75 brand new sterling silver with an even bigger stone. Cool store, great vibe but If you’re looking for a good deal there better options.
I was shopping here and looking around, it was 5:01 PM when I was rudely told to leave by one of the employees. I didn't know it was closing time. I was considering buying a wine rack, but not after that. They lost my business. My recommendation for this business is to treat potential customers nicely because they may not know that it's closing time.
Beautiful space with lovely staff. They have helped me furnish my business and homes. Hoping to spread some love after the Lauren Bennett tornado. She left us a one star too. Looks like she had a terrible time in nobhill good thing she is so understanding though.
I stopped into this shop while visiting the area and really wanted to enjoy it, but the experience felt uncomfortable. It seemed like one of the staff members was pretending to be on the phone while walking around the store, clearly keeping an eye on customers instead of genuinely assisting. The people at the register didn’t really engage either — they were more focused on watching the large security monitor behind the counter than interacting with shoppers. I completely understand wanting to protect merchandise, but the energy came across as unwelcoming rather than attentive. It’s unfortunate, because the store has some interesting pieces, but the atmosphere made it hard to browse or appreciate them.
