⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Vivax Painting for my exterior painting project. From start to finish, their communication and professionalism were outstanding. Throughout the project, I received regular photo updates showing each step from the prep work, caulking to the protection spraying before the actual paint went on. It was great to see the progress and know everything was being done with care and attention to detail. The finished paint job looks amazing. With clean lines, even coverage, and a huge improvement to the curb appeal of my home. The crew was punctual, respectful, and left the site spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Vivax to anyone looking for high-quality exterior painting. My Project Manager was Hayden and he was absolutely the best to work with. Super attentive and will assist with any and all questions you may have!

There aren't enough words to voice our happiness over Hayden & his team with Vivax! Our house is 16 years old & we had some decorative wood that needed addressing as well as our front porch, it was awful! The porch is my favorite part to look at now, it's incredible & like a brand new home! The most difficult part of the process was us choosing our paint colors. Everything after color selection felt seamless. We had an initial walk around with Hayden to go over all that needed to be done & what paint choices would go where. He told us the steps that would be taken & gave us a timeframe, which was less than I anticipated. The guys started work & then would provide periodic video & pictures of progress throughout the job - this was very cool to see. Once the house was finished, Hayden came out to walk around again & touch up any areas we pointed out or that he noticed himself. He reminded us of our warranty & reassured me that I can reach out if there's anything that needs to be fixed/touched up. The company was also patient with us as we waited for HOA approval & to get new doors installed. I know it's good business but it was nice to not feel pressured. I've not loved our house for a while, but now, I cannot stop talking about it, staring at it & sharing pictures of it. Very grateful ~

Here’s what went well with our house painting with Vivax Pros: The sales pitch and description by Parker of how the process would work was super helpful and accurate. Paige was an incredibly conscientious PM and in constant contact. The wood trim replacements were extensive, so it was great to be able to do that and the painting at the same time, plus caulking all the windows and seams, and some new gutters. It feels like a new house! The timeline was accurate and they were able to get here pretty close after the HOA finally came through with their approval.

We recently got wood work and painting done on our house, and we are loving the outcome! The Vivax team Dallas, Rachel, and Jacob were extremely helpful from start to finish. We appreciated the constant communication and updates along the way and the opportunity to do a final walk through. We recently worked with Vivax Pros to replace the siding on our 2-story house, paint everything, and install gutters. The team did fantastic work, and we are super happy with the results. Project Planner Rachel Ard worked closely with us to thoroughly review all the project details and prepare and finalize the project estimates. Project Coordinator Rachel Todd then walked us through the scheduling process and kept all the moving pieces on track during project preparations. Once it was time to start the work, Project Manager Jordan Pierce met with us to carefully review and confirm all details before work began and then stayed in close tough until all work was completed to our satisfaction and approved. Foreman Eduardo kept us posted on progress daily, confirmed details with us, and made sure that all work was done superbly. The crew was super professional, very friendly, and did an excellent job – including a really thorough cleanup after the work was done. From start to finish, working with Vivax Pros was one of the best contracting experiences I have ever had. Quality of work is outstanding and the customer service is exceptional. If you need siding, gutters, and/or exterior painting for your home, I don’t think you can do better than Vivax Pros.
