SARAH DEFELICE Is an angel in disguise!! She literally has a beautiful soul. She performs the best customer service that anybody could ever imagine her smile lights of the world I say make her manager I say make her the owner I say give her the pay she need I say pay her for her value She is amazing. She did nothing but give me everything. Every answer that I needed. Her communication is the best communication I’ve ever had in my entire life. most pleased about how i was in & out in time for me to get to work. the dr seemed knowledgeable & took the time to answer my questions. i loved how easy it was to fill my prescription- just got a text after appointment & selected my pharmacy. the only thing i'd say that wasn't 5 ⭐️ was that the ppl operating the front desk were very low energy, but i get it's probably not the most enjoyable job. happy to get this ear infection over with. ty vybe.

I chose to go to Vybe since my doctor wasn’t available. I will definitely use them again. The process of making the appointment was so easy, the employees were so nice and welcoming along with being professional! The establishment was clean and very nice.

Had a great experience at the office and with the PA who saw me. Short wait time and the PA was knowledgeable and took care of my issue. Would definitely recommend them for any healthcare needs. My only issue is that I am having trouble getting a co-pay receipt to submit to my insurance. My appointment was in September and I asked for a receipt there, and they told me they would email it. It's now November, and I finally received a receipt after a couple months of messaging in their portal, but it is password protected so I cannot access it. Hoping to get a receipt I can access and submit to my insurance soon!

I had such a wonderful experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism. The staff made me feel cared for from beginning to end, and everything was handled efficiently without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to have an urgent care visit feel this smooth and supportive, but this team truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
