No pressure, no confusion, just genuine expertise. What I appreciate most is how he takes the stress out of the entire process. I could not be more pleased with this company and organization. From the moment I walked in the door at Walkers furniture the experience my wife and I received was nothing less than top notch. Every person we spoke with was warm, genuine and very helpful. The furniture is top of the line, and the service was great. Once our furniture was ordered we had it delivered less than a week later by two very friendly movers who were fast, and very careful in our home. We love everything that arrived even more than when we were out picking it out at the store. Special thanks from the top down from the owners, sales crew, and delivery crew. Would highly recommend.

Replacement chair delivered. The gentleman were exceptionally careful, considerate and refreshingly friendly. Professional and personable. And this recliner fits, comfortable quality. We are grateful. Walker’s Furniture and Mattress has earned our trust over the past 40 years. Family owned, reliable for quality, knowledgeable customer care with a personal touch, guidance to find value and comfort. After all, what is furniture other than comfort and value defined in the form of function. We don’t visit often because what we have purchased for our homes last and serve us well. Recently we “downsized” leaving our dining set for the new owners because it was just too big to move. They were so grateful and we were happy for them. That beautiful table holds the soul for family gatherings, meals, holidays and celebrations. The staff at Walker’s are beyond considerate and personable. We always fine a welcome there and attention to our wishes, matching what we need to what they have to offer. Patrick helped us as we envisioned life in our new home, a third the size of our previous house. Yet, it was a time when the supply chain was still interrupted and precarious. Eventually we stuck with the furnishing we had, the basics that fit, all purchased from Walkers 20 years ago. The time has come for us to replace our couch suite and recliners, especially during the summer sale. Charlie listened, paying attention to the details of our space configurations. He helped us select an excellent set for the best quality and value. The only reason I rated my review at a 4 is to make sure you are aware of Walkers’ purchase policy. Walker’s is not a big box, they will order to meet your specific needs. They have a reciprocal business relationship with their suppliers. If what you purchase is not in stock, of course it must be ordered from the manufacturer, so if you change your mind and cancel your order, you are charged a stocking fee, 25% of the purchase price. I have not researched to check if other furniture stores do the same, but I understand and respect this policy. Important to know this in advance of your purchase. Our new furniture, delivered by a delightful staff, has elevated our quality of life. We are truly grateful to Charlie and Walkers.

Had such a wonderful experience at Walker’s Furniture specifically the Spokane Division store! First had a great experience with Charlie showing us great mattresses and what to look for. Was a huge help while picking our desired mattress. Patrick (I think assistant manager?) really came through when choosing a couch and ottoman. Got everything bundled with protection plans with delivery and even got a quick turnaround on the actual delivery. Very impressed by the kindness and genuine care this store shows their customers! Thank you for a great experience!

Our sales associate Charlie was a pleasure to work with. We enjoy the low pressure sales atmosphere of Walkers. The selection is always plentiful as well as the competitive prices. We will be going more business with Walkers and hopefully Charlie. We choose this powered love seat for its features and comfort.
