Dale helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. He was very patient as I actually made three visits to the store within a week. I did comparison shopping at three other stores, and MOR had the best selection with the most reasonable prices. Dale's colleague Alex was also very helpful too.

I recently purchased a couch from Mor Furniture and had an excellent experience working with Alex. From the beginning, Alex was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. He guided me through the selection process with ease, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and ensured I felt confident in my decision. Alex also did an exceptional job explaining the warranty options in a clear and professional manner, making sure I understood the coverage and benefits without feeling rushed or pressured. The entire purchasing process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free thanks to his expertise and customer-focused approach. I truly appreciate the level of service Alex provided and would highly recommend him to anyone shopping at Mor Furniture. -Aliona Kazenia

Alex and Mike were excellent to work with and answered all our questions. The process was easy to complete the sale. They were not pushy and gave us plenty of space to discuss the item we were looking at. I would recommend my friends when they are looking for furniture. Again kudos to Alex and Mike!!!!

I worked with two reps at Mor (on two different days) and both were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Cody and Alex were not pushy and just wanted to help. That is what I look for in any kind of shopping experience. I look forward to receiving my furniture so I can review the quality.

Our experience at Mor went incredibly smooth. Doug didn’t pressure us at all, but was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Once we made our decision, he completed our purchase in a matter of minutes. We are excited to receive our sofas and chairs.
