Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a great selection of books. Cafe: Again; friendly staff and great atmosphere, coffee was not as strong a flavour as I like.

Looked for and found some lovely gifts which needed wrapping. Staff were extremely helpful/ uncomplicated when I asked if I could do so in a corner which disturbed nobody. Thank you Waterstones' staff for being so gracious.

I love the layout and getting to go through the books. But the cafe is a bit of a miss IF you get matcha. I had a matcha that looked great but was was like drinking powder. So maybe just don't get matcha from there and your good?

Definitely one of my favorite Waterstones. Love the display, recommendations and theme tables that make sense, the big staircase and how well organised the store is! The café is also lovely with plenty of seating options. Absolutely love coming here!
