What a relief to have my plumbing issue taken care of in such a prompt and professional manner! They really took the time to explain to me problems with my clogged sink and some options for fixing. They also uncovered a serious problem related to water pressure that I'll need to have fixed. Real pros! Highly recommend!!

Once again, they swiftly diagnosed the problem (old sump pump needed to be replaced) and explained to me the different options and associated costs. After getting the part, the job was completed with thoroughness and efficiency — and they cleaned up after themselves, which I'm always grateful for. Five stars is truly not enough for Carbo at You Can Do It Plumbing! Our shower repair required the difficult sourcing of a specific European part, which Carbo handled with exceptional professionalism. Their communication was excellent—they constantly kept us updated and were completely straightforward and honest about the timeline and pricing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. This is the definition of ultimate customer service. I had an excellent experience with the We Can Do It Plumbing team from start to finish. Their communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Scheduling time with We Can Do It Plumbing to come take a look at my toilet was easy, convenient, and the turnaround time was just as easy and surprisingly fast. Carbo was very knowledgeable and they took the time to explain what was happening with my toilet and answer all my questions about it (and other various plumbing questions I had). They were also very easy to chat with, listening to my future bathroom dreams, and mentioned some referrals for tradespeople or businesses in east bay for materials. As a new homeowner, it's been difficult to find folks I can trust, who won't rip me off and know what they're doing. But I can finally say, I've found "my plumber." Carbo was quick to figure out the problem with my toilet, quick to fix it, and the price was reasonable. When I start my future plumbing projects, I'll definitely have We Can Do It Plumbing come back out!
