We don't have Whataburger where I live (unfortunately) so I make a point to eat there when I'm traveling near one. As always, the food and service was phenomenal! I tried the jalepeno cheese whataburger and it did not disappoint.

Horrible service, constantly gets orders wrong and takes unbelievably long to prepare a single burger and with all that time they still get it wrong. They don’t even give me the specifics sides I order either, they always forget to give me fries, a brownie and a milkshake. When I ordered a soda they didn’t have any lids. The employees are not always kind. I recommend ordering from another Whataburger. Really frustrating.
