I, without a doubt, absolutely loved my experience here! I wish I could rate them higher! I called them on the 11/20 to set up an appointment. On 11/21, x-rays were performed, the results of the x-rays were reviewed with me, a treatment plan was developed, AND treatment started THAT day. Everyone there was so welcoming, professional, respectful, and friendly! Dr. Sykes is the absolute best! He truly cares about his patients and is so knowledgeable! He’ll walk you through the process and will answer any questions you have! I’d easily recommend them to ANYONE for chiropractic care and physical therapy! They are just amazing and I’m beyond grateful for them! They were crucial in my recovery and I can’t say enough good things about them!
Super disappointed - They were recommended to me & initially I loved their staff & team. The ladies at the front desk are kind when you come in & when you call in. Cathy herself was very kind as well. However, I was put on this medication & my body reacted horribly. I tried calling in to see if it was normal; the first time I called they said no & that Cathy was busy but would let her know. She told me she would prescribe me some medication to help me (which is another thing I did not love: I was prescribed different medication like 4x in 3 or so visits which is wild looking back. That should have been a red flag. Prescribing more medication is never the answer but finding out the cause should be.) I didn’t hear anything all day & it was getting worse, so I called before they closed & Cathy forgot to put my prescription in… And on top of that when I kept asking the lady who answered the call if what I was experiencing was normal, she said no…. And that was it….. No help, no check in, until about 2 weeks later, which I didn’t need help at that time anymore because I went elsewhere & found out why I was having the problem in the first place. Overall, completely disappointed: yes the staff is kind, but that doesn’t matter when their not there for you & ignore you when you actually need them. Well not be going back.
I’m furious, and I’m never coming here again. This was my first-ever visit to get a pap smear, and part of the reason it took me so long to go is because this kind of appointment can feel uncomfortable and triggering. After this experience, I completely understand why so many people with uteruses feel like they’re not taken seriously and end up avoiding reproductive healthcare altogether. For the record, Catherine herself was kind during the appointment. The pap smear was extremely painful, but she was considerate throughout the process. She initially thought I might have a UTI and prescribed antibiotics, which I took exactly as instructed—but my pelvis still hurts, and nothing has improved. But everything after that—the follow-up and the front desk—was an absolute disaster. Dr. Stephens told me she would refer me to Dr. Alexis and that I’d hear back within a week. Instead, I spent an entire month chasing down updates, calling repeatedly, and getting nothing but runaround from the front desk. Receptionists like Alyssa kept telling me she’d “get back to me in two days,” which then turned into a week and a half, then into more empty promises—“by Thursday… then Monday… then Wednesday”—with absolutely no follow-through. Meanwhile, my pelvis has been hurting so badly that even standing and walking are painful. Eventually, someone who wasn’t Alyssa told me that the referral to Dr. Alexis was finally made on November 10th. Mind you, today’s the 17th. When I called Dr. Alexis’s office myself, I was told the earliest appointment available is next January. I understand specialists can have long waits, but why would you refer me to someone with that kind of backlog and not even notify me? I had to find out on my own after a month of being strung along. And every time I spoke with Alyssa, she sounded completely indifferent—like she wanted me off the phone instead of helping a patient dealing with severe pelvic pain. Don’t tell me you’ll follow up in a few days and then vanish. Don’t leave a first-time patient in this kind of pain with no clarity and no urgency. I’m done. I’m going somewhere else, and I sincerely hope there isn’t something serious going on with my pelvis that was ignored because of this negligence.
Great competent kind caring staff who “gets it!” Been working with, doing teledoc, with them since 2020. They make life simpler and much less stressful. I thank God for them all! Have referred many friends over the years and can’t recommend White Integrated enough!
THEY FIXED ME. Using good solutions that do not require surgery or on going prescriptions. I can not say enough good stuff about them. They made it to were I could actually sleep again. They took my insane pain level from a ten to a zero. They fixed my compressed disc in my neck, torn muscles in my shoulder, and took care of my Tennis elbow, all on my right side. It took time but I didn’t have to go under to get there or be doped up. Their therapy is great and easy and works well. They do their own x-rays at low cost. They use laser, PRP, decompression tables, roller tables, and electrotherapy. All worked well to get me to a much better place. I have and do feel they actually care about you getting better. It also does not cost a fortune. Best medical decision i ever made. Thank you to their medical team and staff. All are pleasant and good people.
