I was treated with respect and compassion. I had a follow up call by Dr. Alley which was very nice for her to take the time to get back to me. Brooke treated me so compassionately and really listened to what was going on with my aches and pains. Nice experience all around.

Dr. Michael is very patient-oriented guy. Speaks in easy to understand language and wants his patients to fully comprehend. I apparently misunderstood my charges for today. I thought I was told charges would be $95.00 but after reviewing, they were $170. Please have someone send me an itemized receipt or phone me.

Vertical Chiropractic has truly changed my life. I’ve been dealing with chronic back pain for a long time, and thanks to their amazing doctors, supportive team, and consistent adjustments, I am feeling so much better. I can now do my daily activities with little to no pain, which is something I never thought I’d say. I know I still have a journey ahead for full recovery, but I’m confident I’m in the right hands. Every single staff member has been wonderful, kind, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Michael and Dr. Sarah are both equally amazing, with excellent bedside manners that make every visit comfortable and reassuring. It’s always a wonderful experience. They get to the root of the problem. They don’t just try to put a Band-Aid on something or prescribe medication as many other doctors have done. The spinal decompression has absolutely been game changing for me. I am able to have such a better quality of life And I know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and that within the next several months, I should be back to where I was prior to my injury.
