I do not know what to say. Exactly the owners are awesome… They hire their own drivers and their drivers are excellent very well mannered very accommodating. They will even go out of their way to make a customer happy.
Asian dude is a disaster for the success of the store. Been going to this store for years. This guy is always a problem. I won't go back. Plus they don't honor the clearly marked prices. Well... He doesn't. Only that particular guy. Everyone else at the store is great! Thumbs up to the store as a whole but he is a jerk and ruined it for me. Very rude
I got to the store before the midnight closing time. I just needed one item and would be in and out before they closed. Male working there had the door locked, wouldn’t answer the phone for my call or any other calls I could hear coming through, and wouldn’t answer the door for me or the other 5-6 people who also were outside trying to make a purchase before they closed. He could see us and hear us outside and just waved his hands for us to go away. Very rude and doesn’t adhere to posted hours.
The owners of this place are very rude. I have ordered many times and got the same thing every time. Today they bring 100 proof Captain. Which l ordered the 1.75L Captain Morgan ORIGINAL rum. When l called them to let them know the male owner gets on the phone and is very rude telling me they delivered the correct rum due to the price $39.99 which is price on DoorDash. He said the same size bottle of the original rum in $29.99 so they chose to give me the wrong one. He did bring me the correct one to swap it with but when l showed him my order on DoorDash and that l paid $39.99 for the original, he just shrugged me off and said well that’s that’s the price for the 100 proof. I said ok then why am l paying 39.99 for the 70 proof same size bottle, it is listed wrong on the DoorDash site and that they needed change it. He shrugged me off again. When l handed him back the wrong one l told him l would not be coming and ordering from them again. He said I am doing you a favor bringing you this. I said no no no you are not and shut the door. He turned around in a huff and sped of down the residential street l like on. Worse service l have ever had. I will tell everyone l know not to go there and l will definitely not be a retuning customer. The first picture is what l ordered and the second is a different size and it is $29.99 cause it smaller. They don’t even have the 1.75L 100 proof one on the site.
Don't order from Wine Bin via DoorDash if you actually want to get your order. I have been waiting an hour and a half for am order that was estimated to be delivered in 30 minutes. I was given no notice that it was delayed until I tried to cancel it, and the estimated arrival time is still being pushed out every time I check. I am getting no notifications on the status unless I check the app. This is extremely poor customer service and not what I've been used to with door dash. It is really unacceptable. I have things I needed to do this afternoon and would not have placed the order or would have cancelled while that was still an option if I had been given accurate information about the delivery time. DoorDash says to get accurate updates I need to call Wine Bin, but that was never communicated to me. Apparently however the hold up is on Wine Bin and not DoorDash. Since you have to show an ID (understandably) at time of delivery you can't just go to the pharmacy or whatever and let them drop it off, so I've now wasted a ton of time sitting here If you want what you ordered anytime close to when you expect or need it delivered pick somewhere else to order from.
