We love being able to walk around the store and shop in peace while not be bothered by salespeople until we ask for help. Setting up a shopping cart and ordering what we decided on from home was very convenient and gave us more time to make an informed decision. The final bonus for us was the great job done by the delivery team. Both the guys that brought our furniture in and set it up were outstanding. They were extremely polite, kind and expedient. They actually seemed to enjoy their job! We will highly recommend Living Spaces to our friends and family.

I've been to dozens of furniture stores and Living Spaces has a wide selection and affordable prices for high quality items. Honestly, I love that they don't work on commission and that everyone there (the four times I visited) was extremely helpful, open, pretty jovial in nature, and knowledgeable. They don't vulture you. It felt like they actually enjoyed working there and wanted to help out. And you know it's genuine because they're not getting paid any extra to do it. And the icing on the cake of course was the reversible chaise of my dreams I had been searching everywhere to find. And you could get it in BLUE! Loved my experience there even despite the hassle of having to pay a higher price due to tariffs. The people gave me an experience that made me happy to do business there regardless.

Edit: This is the wonderful response team at its finest just so everybody can see the wonderful customer service you’ll receive after being sold product that’s defective. Still haven’t got a response four hours later. They sell products with a 7 days return policy so they can get around that they sell defective and unsafe furniture. Business's be extremely careful as they are an insurance risk waiting to happen.

Everything was great about the store, except the "important" guy up front, who acted like he couldn't be bothered with "small business" - not once, but twice. Roni was awesome the night before, and coming to pay and schedule the delivery was a breeze. Beautiful store, with tons of inventory. (No one told us there was a bar in the back)

We visited the store in hopes to finding a beautiful sofa, and we were not disappointed! The store itself was beautiful, clean, and had such a huge selection of sofas to choose from. Ronnie helped us, and she was so kind and informative. She made our experience great! It took 3 weeks for our sofa to be delivered and let me just say, we are LOVING it! So beautiful and comfy. Definitely coming back to Living Spaces for our furniture in the future!
