As a small business owner myself, i feel its a public disservice to not prioritize customer service. I will say, i watched the owner give great customer service to another woman who entered the store 5 seconds before me. I assumed shed been in before but, as they loudly chatted, she mentioned this was her first time. I perused the whole store, even well after id lost interest in the products, to give her ample opportunity to say hello or anything to me. Even as their conversation slowed to long pauses of silence, she never acknowledged my presence whatsoever. There are many aspects of the customer experience that are costly, but kindness is free and, thus, essential. It will forever be a wonder to me why i received such a lackluster experience while the owner was demonstrating right before my eyes that they were more than capable of being personable. And it will remain a mystery, as im never going back. Hopefully this review serves as a wake up call to the owner on the importance of providing the same quality of care to EVERYONE who enters her small business.

What a gorgeous gem in Fort Worth!! This shop is so unique and had amazing items, it was hard to choose what to get! Great customer service with attentiveness and really creative designs.

This store is AMAZING! If you need a great gift for any occasion-this is the store!! I’m so glad my friend Becky introduced me to this little hidden gem and I will drive an hour to get there!! We went to the WH sale and I snagged some perfect things for me and for gifts!! The sweet staff working in that heat was a delight and the store staff so helpful! Can’t wait to go back! PS and the story behind W&W is INSPIRING ❤️❤️

Excellent customer service from the two ladies I encountered during my visit. Some items are pricy, but they have many unique items to choose from. A staff member held up a particular blazer I was interested in purchasing so I could take a photo. I highly recommend you check out the store if you’re in the area.

This is such a great hidden gem in the area!! Great for gifts for others, or a little something for yourself. They also do classes for make and take items. I guarantee you’ll find something for everyone in your list here. They even have some great men’s items! Love that I finally went in to this place! It’ll be my new go to for gifts!
