Jessica helped me out so much! Great customer service. Every time I've came she comes right up and helps out. Even stopped what she was doing to ask if I needed the help. I used to go to Links but her customer service Makes coming to Woodies a great experience and is why I continue to come back. Great Job Woodies!

I had a great experience at Woody’s! The car wash itself was fast and thorough, but what really stood out was the customer service. Matt went above and beyond helping dry my car and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention these days. I’ll definitely be coming back- highly recommend!

I went to woodies wash for just a normal wash one day, just for my radiator to explode right before I went through the wash. The staff were super helpful and kind. Destiney was the main person to help me and she was great! She gave me some advice on what to do next and how to get my car home! She also helped fill my radiator with water and gave me a jug so I could make it home! Destiney is a very sweet and kind employee there, and just her helping me out makes me want to go to woodies over any other car wash haha.

Have always liked this place but today I came out and had random paint chips all over my car like they were glued on could only get them off with my nail I’m not one to make a big deal out of it till they came back and said “we checked every car it’s only yours” lol i live in an apt complex im nowhere near paint or construction and would’ve noticed that before going in the car was plus it was on my windows which odds an obvious sign it came from the car was. They don’t offer me anything to go back through or anything other than tell me im the only car. A 10 minutes later a guy with a Porsche complains that his car got damaged. You would think there would be more customer attentiveness from a membership model car wash 🫠
