Efficient and reasonably priced. I appreciate the complimentary car freshener. Shoutout to Derrick, he towel dried everyone’s car just for the love of the game. Give that man a raise!

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review, because I genuinely enjoy the convenience of this location and have generally been pleased with the service. That is why I am giving 2 stars, instead of 1. This past weekend, however, we had a very disappointing interaction with a staff member named Bliss. The bug-cleaning bucket was located near the attendant guiding cars into the wash. The attendant, Derick, was clearly working hard to keep things moving during a busy time. I asked if it would be okay to quickly remove some bugs from my truck while waiting, and began doing so. Derick was very kind and respectful. As I was finishing up, Bliss approached in a very abrupt and aggressive manner. I understand and respect the importance of safety—especially in an area with moving vehicles and grates—but the way the situation was handled was unnecessarily harsh. Her tone was rude, both toward me and toward Derick. Situations like this can be addressed professionally and calmly. A simple, respectful explanation of the safety concern would have been more than sufficient. Additionally, correcting or reprimanding an employee in front of customers is not appropriate and reflects poorly on the overall experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I would like to continue supporting a business that I’ve otherwise had positive experiences with.

I had an amazing experience at the car wash today. A guy named Derrick helped me clean my car today and for the longest time i have tried to remove a sticker out of my window and he helped me get that cleaned perfectly. Would definitely come here again 😊
