Just went in today and the nice young man at the counter ( didn’t catch his name ) helped me when the machine wasn’t working and seemed to trouble shoot it fast ! Very clean and nice vibes with the music that was being played. Only thing I would advise is to watch out how much you let your kids put on their ice cream since i payed almost 30 dollars 2 cups! (Not their fault)

I came into the store and it’s empty , following me three kids to “manage” the store. cool I serve myself and my son we get to the toppings and I tried to get one of them to help me the guy saw me and mugged me keeps talking..my son says hey! I correct him and tell him to say excuse me. We’re not rude I like to ask nicely…the two girls don’t turn around to acknowledge us. the guy looks at me we make eye contact… and he keeps talking I ask a little louder finally they all look at me and one of the girls gets the cheesecake she gets a new topping leaves the smeared tray instead of changing it.. I’m left with a dirty spoon that won’t scoop.. I’m not the type to write a review but it’s the fact that they didn’t seem like they wanted to work I get it it’s a Friday afternoon but common let’s have more sense and make your customers feel like their not such a bother yes I’m soft spoken but they saw me when my son tried to ask for help 🙃

They ran out of the two flavors we wanted and many others were out. They seem to be understaffed. My kid put his cup on the scale, didn’t see anyone behind the counter and asked “is this for free??”
