Way better than TF down the street. They still have all the flavors and toppings you know and love, and continue to allow self serve, which to me is half the fun. If you want some frozen yogurt, this is the place.

They had a lot of topping options, but the frozen yogurt itself was very watery and disappointing. The topics that I picked were also stale and soft. I wouldn't recommend this place unless its a last choice.

I live in this area and shop in the Montclair business district and have passed by this store many times over the years. On a whim, during a bike ride, I stopped by to get a strawberry treat thinking that a little sugar would be great for energy and my sweet tooth. The flavor was very artificial and overly sweet (anyone that knows me would think that’s not possible for me to say). The aftertaste seemed to suggest something artificial… Afterwards I asked for a refill of my water bottle and was told that they cannot do that, plus was quite insistent on not being able to help me. I the. Realized that the bathroom was available and so I just filled there. Seemed like really bad customer focus

I wish I didn’t have to leave this review, but my experience was truly disappointing. My family and I visited to get our favorite tart flavor, but after paying, we immediately noticed it wasn’t the right one. We went back inside to let them know and see if we could either exchange it or receive a coupon for next time. The staff quickly called the owner and put him on the phone with me, and that’s when the real issue began. The owner was unbelievably rude and dismissive. To make things worse, just a minute later, another customer walked in with the exact same complaint. She also spoke with the owner and completely agreed with me—confirming that the flavor was off. I understand that mistakes happen, and I wouldn’t have left this review if it weren’t for the way the owner handled the situation. The issue wasn’t the frozen yogurt itself, but the lack of respect and customer service. I cannot support a business where the owner treats customers so poorly. A little professionalism and courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here.
