The staff behind the glass were nice, but when we sat down a tm started mopping around us and in between our feet moving the chairs loudly. We just thought it was super rude especially because we’re eating and the smell of chemicals was hitting our face. I understand if we were in the way but they could have waited for us to leave first, I work with food and I would never do that to customers..
Thank you so much Janet and Danny! I apologize for being "that guy" that comes in at the end of the might stepping all over your recently mopped floor, making a mess filling his cup, and of course not having the correct items to pay with, making me slow things down even more!! With all that said you still treated me with the utmost courteous and respect and you all just have superb customer service! Make sure you go see Janet and Danny here at Yogurtland located at 1607 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017. Yogurtland make sure to give these two a raise or a promotional. They are exceptional employees for the Yogurtland team. Oh yeah....it was my birthday. I would have been totally bummed if I didn't get my yogurt Sincerely One happy camper
I’ve been coming here almost every week for 3+ years. Ever since the new guy started a few months ago, something’s always off when he’s on shift; machines really dirty or broke, stuff missing. He doesn’t want to refill them. It’s always him. Just got back from the store and so over this new guy. He’s just so rude. UPDATES I think they removed him or he’s just gone. Now all the toppings are full and the workers are nice. But now their reward scanner is broken. I’m updating the 1 star to 3 star
First timer here the service was good from the cashier she was friendly the place seemed decently clean. I am used to having the cups out for customer to grab for themselves but here you had to ask the cashier for them, which is different than other stores. I served myself some of the mango flavored yogurt and the machine wouldn’t stop, I guess that’s why it had been piled on the bottom. Then when I got home and tried the yogurt it tasted ok until about the midway point it started tasting like it was spoiled. I couldn’t eat it anymore as it tasted sour! Maybe some quality control is in order.
Place is clean. Very tidy. You get greeted right away and offered samples. However the young lady working although efficient... Really lacked enthusiasm and smiles. Maybe shes going through a very hard time right now, and if so Im so sorry and hope you start feeling better soon. Great job on the place its spotless!
