Booked the service and tech never showed up. When I reached out to the company, they stated “due to unforeseen circumstances, the tech had to cancel” so when I asked about rescheduling for a different day, time and/or tech, they stated that they don’t actually have any techs that work in this area. So…they lied about him cancelling orrrrr? Now, I have to wait for them to return my funds ($150) and I’m concerned that this may have just been a scam to collect my card information. Do not use this company.

On May 2nd I had upper control arms installed on my vehicle a mechanic named Jeffrey was sent to do the job but didn't do the job correctly. After he was done my car was making a funny noise that wasn't there before. I gave it to him after I told him about the noise he took the car and said that he forgot to put a bolt inside of the sway bar He said he knew exactly what the problem was. I went back inside my job until he was done he called me back out and said that he was finished but when I test drove the car again I could still hear the same rattling noise I told him and he said that he couldn't do anything else that that's what wrench was there for to resolve any problems that I had if he couldn't if I wasn't satisfied with the job that he did. I call wrench told them what the issue was and they said that they would send someone out to look at the job that he did but they would have to charge me a fee of $150 if it was my fault and I was fine with that but they wanted to charge my card right away for something that their mechanic messed up on my car and that's something that I wasn't cool with if it's my fault I don't mind paying but don't charge my car for something that your mechanic messed up and knowing that I won't get that money back right away but you got yours right away. Also they ended up trying to send me the same mechanic who put the upper control arms on my car to verify his own job. I immediately called back and change the mechanic. They sent me a different mechanic on Tuesday which was the earliest that they could do it and the guy who was working on my car and put the upper control arms on he did the job that previous Friday so I didn't have a vehicle from Friday to Tuesday when they had someone come look at it and I also had tie rods put on by the same mechanic who came and looked to look at the guys work after he looked at the car he told me that he had to screw some bolts in the car that the other mechanic didn't screw in and that he would let the company know. After I took it home I noticed that that sound was still there so I took it to another auto shop for them to look at it they told me that the guy who or whoever worked on the car didn't screw all the bolts in and that they were all about the fallout and that it messed up my sway bar. I couldn't believe it I could have died coming home from work and driving that car to the auto shop to get it looked at after one of their mechanics told me it was good to drive on the road. this happened May 2nd and it is now May 11th and the issue has still not been resolved I have yet to hear from a supervisor or anybody of higher power who could resolve the issue I've asked for a manager to call me back a couple of times and nothing has happened since I'm hoping to get this resolved this week but I'm not for certain. I chose to write this review because I don't know what else to do or where else to go but I'm not going to stop until I get this issue resolved. I think this is a wonderful company but I think that there's some things that they need to have resolved that could make it a lot better. Appointment ID# 551965 Update. No one will call me back. They keep making excuses and say they will call and never do. Who is running this company? This is a sad excuse for a reputable business

The only honest part of hiring them was the mechanic. Dealing with customer support and warranty department was THE WORST customer service. Their mechanic dropped tools and parts into my engine then damaged the ignition wiring harness/sensors and the warranty department determined they aren’t responsible. The mechanic did what he could to rectify the situation BUT only to the limit the warranty department would let him correct the mistake. In the end all the issues caused by yourmechanic’s services they would not make right and I had billing issues the whole time. I would rather go back to a dealership service tech than this ever again. Would never recommend this company ever again. **updating. I am almost 2 years post service and have had nothing but issues from this job and it has cost me almost $2000 to fix the problems caused by the mechanic that still aren’t right. YourMechanic tried to bow out on technicalities and wouldn’t support the warranty of the work even after proving the mechanic caused the problem which should extend any warranty if it damaged the vehicle further. **NEVER USE THIS COMPANY**

Unfortunately, my experience with Wrench (dba Your Mechanic) was not a good one. I started experiencing mechanical issues Sunday morning on the way to work. I was able to make it back to the Woodstock area, but didn’t quite make it home. I immediately started browsing for a mechanic, and I found “Your Mechanic”. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning between 8:30 am - 10:30 am. I had to have my vehicle towed to my residence. I waited until 10:45 am before reaching out to a representative. The mechanic Mike was a no call/no show. The representative could not reach him, so they rescheduled me for Wednesday for the same time with MIKE. Once again, no call/no show, and the representative could not reach Mike. I am very disappointed ☹️ as I had to reschedule my own clients due to the unkept words of this mechanic. For this reason, I do NOT recommend MIKE. Hopefully, the other mechanics are more reliable.

Update: Several months later wish I can give 0 stars----After he "fixed" it, my car started having issues again. I thought it was maybe settling in especially when Verneil told me it'll take some time to settle as the brakes were STILL squeaking. But then the engine light came on. Also, I noticed some acceleration issues and some overheating/steaming from hood so I decided to take it to a real brick and mortal auto shop. They did an inspection and advised me whoever did it did a terrible job. I had to pay out over $2k to get it fixed. This so called mechanic is a manipulator who pretended to be knowledgeable and wasted a lot of my time and the worst part is in my gut I saw many red flags, but at the same I was desperate. I erased my first review which he insisted I give him on day 1 before all the red flags started. I hope he is no longer working with the company because if you get him, he WILL mess your car up!

Do not use this service. I think its a scam. Wasted my time for weeks with missed appointments. Twice giving the excuses the mechanics had car issues and couldn't make it. If a mechanic cant fix his own car what hope do we have of him fixing mine. What a waste of time, absolutely useless. Never replied to messages or emails, i had to call them several times and be in a queue for 25mins
