I recently moved to Tampa from NC and needed someone to look at my car after it started making strange noises. I read the positive reviews about Bay Brothers and decided to stop by. I was greeted by Alex and he promptly had my car looked at and diagnosed, free of charge. My car's rear differential had gone bad. A quote was given to me that same day. I agreed to have the work done at Bay Brothers. Besides the excellent craftsmanship and efficiency, I highly recommend this shop because from the moment you walk in you feel welcome, everyone treats you like a friend, and they are very fairly priced and honest about the work that needs to be done. This is a 5 star mechanic shop, and I highly recommend it to anyone that wants peace of mind when their car needs any work done.

From the very first moment I dropped the car off, to picking it up after repair, I got the sense of professionalism and care from Bay Brothers. Great communication, and an inviting, can-do attitude from all the staff. They took their time checking out my car. I needed a new timing belt, a new engine mount, and I had a VVT leak that they fixed. PLUS, an oil change. Drove away from the shop feeling like I had bought a brand new car. Definitely don't think twice about Bay Brothers. They'll be the last shop you ever get service at. They also have great discounts I was informed about during my visit. Shout out to Demetrius!
