I’ve had multiple sessions with Kim Zen to have brow microblading removed. The experience has been top-notch. Kim is professional. She takes time to consult with me to understand my goals and gives realistic expectations on the process and timelines. She has an excellent bed-side manner-post-procedure and takes time to check-in with me. I’ve been very pleased with the Zen Derma and would only trust Kim to remove and rejuvenate my brows. She is the best in the business!

I took the UNDO tattoo removal class with Kim and am really happy I did! Everything was organized, timely and very informative. Kim did an amazing job making sure each student was comfortable with the procedure. I really appreciate the ongoing support she offers to help us students. I’ve taken a lot of continuous educational classes for my industry and Kim by far is very approachable and really makes sure you succeed. Highly recommend her for any training service!

I wish I could convince every person looking for flawless brows and liner and lightening of existing tattoos that Kim is the master of all this. Ive been grateful to have spent multiple sessions with her to build and refine my brows. I was drawing in my brows dark and fuller with powder and pencils before I met Kim. She evaluated my face, skin, and sensibility of goals and gave me a plan to execute. She thoroughly prepares and manages my expectations at each stage - from designing the brow to the exciting skin shedding over 7 days. And I am the happiest ever! Kim is extremely patient, competent, perfect in her art. And her pricing never once left me to think it was unreasonable. THANK YOU KIM. Your excellent work, intuitive talent, and serene company is worth more than any rate you will ever charge. I still get compliments on my brows, years later!!! Eff yeah! (the photo with the hat on)
