Very disappointed with the condition of the machines. Most of them didn’t score or work properly. It’s clear that they don’t maintain them well. Staff were friendly, that’s why there is two stars and not one
We wanted to take the girls here after an early dinner as it was only 6. We went inside and all the lights turned off. Staff came out and said that's it just closed. Sucks coz the kids really wanted to try the arcade but left disappointed. We thought it'd be open till 8 since google maps does say it's open but to our disappointment the lights turned off on us and we're told to come back the next day. Maybe we didn't get the memo that they probably close earlier on Wednesdays.
Less than half the games were operating, and the ones that did work had faults. I should have looked around at the arcade games before purchasing a $50 card, very disappointed
I took my 2 grandchildren today and I just want to say what a wonderful morning we had. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We spent 2 hours and kids had the best time on the rainbow 30 minute unlimited option, we will be back thank you 🙏
Extremely rude teenage girls with zero customer service skills. Was overpriced, but thought why not, we never do this stuff. Only for half of the machines not even work after tapping our card and it taking money off of it. When I told the girl at the desk, she looked at me blankly like I’d just spoken a different language and then just said the amount of points we had on our card to pick a prize. Not even a sorry. Would never go here again. If I could do zero stars, I would. Also extremely hot in there, potentially a working air conditioner and better staff would make a huge difference?
