I love 10gym, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The nighttime receptionist Estania is so sweet and very helpful when it comes to answering any question and she always makes sure the gym is kept nice and clean.
Great front desk staff came around 3pm to 5pm Jan 2 - 9th 2026 and they were very welcoming and remembered who I was everytime. Equipment was good. Some advice for the managers to get a 5 star... the vibe is off feels very much like a box gym with zero character, the free weights are mismatched and very old, and I witnessed the *trainer* using machines with poor etiquette not cleaning them or re-racking weights. However the gym gets the job done. Thank you
Convenient location, but no one puts the weights away correctly. I have to play safari hunter every time I need something. Will find weights and plate and equipment in random places. Folks will take something across the building and leave it there when they're done, including leaving a half dozen plates on a bar in the rack. Also only 1 leg extension machine. I always have to wait to use it.
Highly disappointed in this gym. I’ve had a membership with them for a few years and I’ve recently signed up for another gym as they offer more for less money. I called this 10GYM location because I was under the impression My membership contract expires this month. On the phone I was informed it expires in December. The worker I spoke With on Saturday, November 15 around 10:45 AM told me that I can downgrade for the month and then I should not be billed in December. I thought that was a great idea. To my surprise I was Emailed a new contract With a forged signature(Mind you this whole conversation took place over the phone) And The paperwork said my contract was renewed for another year. I called the gym as soon as I saw the mistake and I told the worker that answered the phone that I think the lady Saturday misunderstood me. She even told me that this wasn’t a new contract and I will still be out of my contract Saturday yet this new contract extended out to November 2026. The worker I spoke with told me basically that I would have to pay to get out of this contract, but I don’t understand why I have to pay My signature was forged for for one and I was completely misled for two. I would like to get this fixed without getting corporate involved or getting the police involved for forging my signature, since this is considered fraud. I would really like for them to just cancel my contract That they just renewed, and I can go about my life. Why should I have to pay for something that I wasn’t signing up for it . If I have to pay my last month out, that’s fine, but something needs to be done about this contract with the Forged signature.
I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and I’ve haven’t really had anything to say about this gym. It’s a good gym for an affordable price, all the machines I could ever want. My only complaints is that the gym equipment gets scattered I have to go looking for a weight. The vending machine that they used to have has been replaced and the drinks have been replaced as well. Sauna is great though, I like going in there after a work out. Overall it’s a pretty good gym and I don’t have a lot of negatives to say about it.
