I could not recommend Eli's coaching enough! If you are looking to make a positive change in your life, look no further than to Eli. Eli provides coaching that goes above and beyond. He is supportive while also pushing you to improve every session. His coaching allowed me to regain my confidence and I have never felt stronger. Eli also provides help with nutrition and understanding macros, which was vital to my success in loosing fat and gaining muscle. Before coaching with Eli, I had no idea what to do in a gym, no idea how to workout effectively. He met with me for a consultation, went over my goals, and created a plan that would work for me and teach me how to be self- sufficient in the gym. Eli is the absolute best human, and an even better coach.
Having Eli as my coach has completely changed my life. He trained me on nutrition, taught me how to use the machines at the gym, taught me how to use free weights, and most importantly, taught me correct form and posture. He is a great teacher and human. I highly recommend Eli for personal training. Eli provides one on one training. No group fitness class. He focuses solely on you as a client in the gym. I’ve had a prior shoulder surgery, and the other shoulder needs surgery as well. I didn’t think I could do much in the gym- I was wrong! Eli is knowledgeable and able to create a custom plan catering to my specific goals and limitations. I am stronger than ever and down 68 lbs. Highly recommend!
Eli is a great personal trainer! He listens to your why, uses his knowledge of the body to set attainable goals, and is with you every step of the way in the gym and with your nutrition. He taught me how to lose fat and gain muscle without any “fad” and I have been able to maintain/continue working on my fitness journey since moving gyms. He truly cares about the betterment of your health and is great at what he does! 10/10 recommend!
