I recently took my vehicle to Five Star Collision for a bumper scratch painting repair, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. The quality of their work is outstanding. Matching paint can be tricky, but the color tone they achieved is absolutely perfect—you would never know there had been any repair on the bumper. What makes it even better is that they delivered this high-caliber work at a very fair price. In terms of efficiency, they exceeded my expectations by finishing the repairs and delivering my car earlier than the planned date. Throughout the entire process, their communication was great, keeping me updated every step of the way. I am very happy with the final results and would recommend Five Star Collision to anyone looking for a shop that balances quality, speed, and affordability.
This review is long overdue, I have used 5 Star for all my repair needs, unfortunately needing them 3 times with 2 of my vehicles. Everytime we have gone Marlon has been great to do buisness with, he is very friendly, respectful, patient, trustworthy, and so easy to talk to. As for the work, great! I have had no issues with the quality, workmanship, service or return of any of my vehicles. My vehicles were always washed and ready to be picked up (better than when they were turned in). I would totally recommend 5 Star to anyone needing repairs on their vehicle. Thanks Marlon!
Someone backed into my passenger door and of course they did not leave a note. I’m the main driver and always just get in on driver side; So I didn’t know when or where it happened. Marlon’s business was the second business I went to for estimate. He was very professional and give me an reasonable price. I saw the inside of his shop, it was clean and the work I saw was excellent. He had a Mercedes his staff was working on and he other makes and models there as well. I left my car and he the work was done in 5 days!! Amazing. Other shop said it would be at least 2-3 weeks. The paint job and the new door was matched perfectly. Love the work they did. I recommend them highly ( and I’m “picky” as my husband says.). My husband is taking his truck in soon To repair all the dings he has. Very satisfied customer— Juanita Flint
Marlon did an amazing job on repairing my truck it was stolen and wrecked. He got it looking new and paint looks right on point. He was very communicative answers all your questions and had it ready on time. I recommend any work ya need done bring it here to 5 stars !!
