Just finished an intensive 6 week programme with Josh. Really really enjoyed it - it’s been tough for sure - but no pain…. The positive results have been noticeable, mentally and physically, and steady progression during the time spent. Josh has been great - putting together a tailored and varied programme to meet my needs with encouragement all the way. Recommended. Thanks a bunch!
I’ve been training with Lewis for just over 5 months now, and I still remember my first day — I was so nervous and definitely not a “gym person.” The gym used to really intimidate me… used to being the key word! Lewis has taught me how to train properly, understand my body, and actually enjoy the process. I genuinely look forward to our sessions because I know it’s going to be a great workout every time. He’s got such a warm, friendly personality that makes you feel comfortable straight away, and he’s always encouraging without making you feel pressured. Training with him has completely changed my body, mindset and confidence, and now the gym is somewhere I feel happy and dare I say at home. Honestly can’t recommend him enough!
I’ve been training at ABS with Lewis for almost a year now, and I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. I came with goals of getting in shape, and getting stronger, while managing a hectic working life style. It has been a difficult (and hilarious) journey, but Lewis has pushed me far beyond my limits, helped me achieve milestones, overcome longstanding mental barriers, and I’ve enjoyed the process much more than I thought I would. Most importantly, I feel so much more confident in myself and my ability to train hard on my own. I can’t recommend Lewis enough, he has been supportive, encouraging and flexible as well as being super fun to train with (except for the days he has an evil look in his eye)
I’ve trained with Jen and ABS for the past few months. She may be small but she is mighty! 🌟💕 Jen tailors every session to be fun and challenging, demonstrates expert acumen in women’s health, and motivates me to push past my limits. The results speak for themselves: I’ve built noticeable muscle strength and tone, my confidence in the gym has soared, and I feel stronger, physically and mentally, than I ever have. 💅🏼 Jen cares deeply about my progress, celebrates every win (big and small), and genuinely takes pride in what she does. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I highly recommend! We have been training at ABS, and our personal trainer is Jen, we have been training with her for only 6 weeks but we have seen incredible results. Her motivation and expertise in power training and diet plan have helped us lose fat while gaining muscle. The workouts are tailored to our goals, keeping things fresh and effective.
