Action Computers is the only place I will go for computer support from here on! They are incredible! The technician, Lily, was able to get my hard drive out of my liquid filled laptop in 20 seconds after another company had stripped the screws in my computer, charged me outrageous fees and left me with no data transfer because they said they had no ability to get to my hard drive. Lily provided me with all my data that I thought I had lost and she explained in a video how incompetent the previous tech from another company had been. This video helped me to get most of my money back from the incompetent company. Additionally Dean Nye at Action Computers was extremely helpful in working with me and settling my fried nerves after my computer had been mishandled by the other company. They charged a very reasonable amount and a lot less than the other company. Lily and Dean focused on the customer and the service was amazing, I was treated with respect and care. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees!
Found/bought a good, used, reconditioned laptop on two separate occasions (ASUS ROG Zephyrus and a Dell XPS) for my kiddo while in Childrens Hospital Colorado. Helpful, knowledgeable staff as well...
Mike and Dean were very helpful for my broken laptop! They were very honest with the pricing of the repair and best options for my budget. I bought a used monitor from them as well for a great price! Highly recommend for any computer repair needs.
This is *the place* to take your computer! When trying to upgrade my gaming PC, I absolutely struggled putting the parts together. Lily did an absolutely incredible job, not only keeping me in the loop about the progress but she also explained lots of things to me. When I had problems (that were my fault) I even came back and got windows installed. The service here is incredible and professional, the rates are very reasonable, and the location is very convenient. I have already recommended this place to several people!
W.O.W there aren’t enough words to describe the team at Action Computers AND THE SELECTION!!! First, the pricing is phenomenal. From laptops, computer screens, towers, and all the accessories you can dream of. This place had it all at incredible prices. (Even better than Amazon!) They had everything you could need for an elaborate set up or the smallest single screen set up. Second, can we just talk about the amazing Dean??? I walked in and told him my desired final budget, what I needed, and he made it happen and then some. I couldn’t believe the care and concern he had for my budget and ensuring I had the proper set up. He is the definition of “shop small” because Amazon could NEVER make me feel the way he did! He truly cared about giving me the biggest bang for my buck as a sad college student looking to upgrade for medical school. Choose this place. Because I’ll choose is every time I need something for as long as we live in CO!
