I had problems with my electronic trunk lock and Smart entry system not working. The shop diagnosed and fixed those problems. Communication was very good. I received a call every day informing me of the progress and my questions were answered. The work was finished in less time than I expected and the price was less than I expected.
The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They had the patience and took the time to break everything down to me and explain everything in a way a none mechanic could understand. A+ service and the price was very reasonable.

First, Danny (consultant) at front desk was very friendly and informative! He updated me along the way of the repairs on my 2000 S-70 Volvo. It was good to hear they have a master mechanic to check out the car. Repairs included heater core replacement, CV shafts, front suspension (control arms and tie rods). Will go back to have rear brakes worked on and torque strut mount in future. Thanks!
I had the 12V battery replaced on my hybrid. It cost $400. That seemed expensive, but they already had my car so I agreed to it. The reason for the low rating is that they insisted that my car needed extensive, very expensive work without showing me any evidence that it was necessary. They wanted $7k and 4 wks right now. My car is fine. There’s not a single warning light, no disintegrating car parts, no weird noises, no bumps, no leaks. Nothing. The Toyota dealership told me this morning that if there wasn’t a warning light, there wasn’t a problem. They depend on you not knowing how your car works and not asking for things like “evidence” so they can sell you expensive and unnecessary repairs. They overcharge and exaggerate. I will not return.
