I went in to a 1 person wait, check in was easy and simple. Called back quickly to see Betty in triage, very sweet. Tests administered by Franklin, Very professional and calm, and Sheila. I haven't met such a compassionate and friendly Dr in ages. Talked over the diagnosis and what medications would work with me and full explanations over everything. Will return if needed!
Everyone from checking in to leaving was wonderful. I was seen quickly, got a thorough explanation of what I had, a thorough explanation of my meds. Friendly and very competent. I wish they could be my primary care providers.
We were on a road trip when my husband started feeling unwell. Not being familiar with the area, we chose AFC based on their great Google reviews. The staff was very kind, the wait was short, and the provider was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They got us taken care of quickly and even followed up a few days later to check on my husband’s progress. Excellent care and service!

Ms. Betty, the triage nurse, is an absolute treasure! Her storytelling is captivating and comforting, making the wait feel like a moment shared with a friend. Franklin was incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist me. And the doctor? She was The Bomb.com! Attentive, patient, and truly made me feel heard. I left feeling cared for and grateful. Thank you to the entire team at AFC Parkway—you’re a blessing!
The entire staff was amazing. From the people at the desk to the person checking my vitals. The doctor was very informative and concerned. She recommended an asthma specialist and also gave great advice. The lady who gave me my shot was extremely nice. The entire Roebuck staff was amazing!!! I’ve been to this location before and the staff before this new staff was so horrible except for the doctors! I am so glad they have hired new professional caring people. I would definitely come back to this location again.
