I want to take time to thank the team at AMG Life Solution, particularly Adrian Meneses, Jannete Marin, and Gabriel Sanchez. Not being a very savvy person with today's technology, I have problems that I don't know how to resolve by myself, so I call for help. the team at AMG Life Solutions has, without fail, have always been there to see me through every difficulty, and it is appre3ciated more than mere words can express I also like all the perks and benefits provided, and am excited to see the changes coming in 2026. It's obvious that they aren't in it just for the money, they care for their clients and make life a little more bearable through all the stress and demand put on us through each and every day. I am very satisfied with being a member of AMG Life Solutions, LLC . Today I received a phone call from Carlos one of their employees. Carlos was very friendly and helpful in updating me on giving me information on my new Medical Insurance Compsny called Astiva. Carlos has a very caring personality in calling me once a month to make sure everything about my health insurance policy goes smoothly with me. Everyone who works for AMG Life Solutions, LLC is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about my medical insurance coverage including Karen Arreola their manager, Janet and George.

Adrian has been wonderful assisting in navigation of a recent injury resulting in emergency surgery, hospital admittance, rehab facility stay and follow up home care. He was immediately responsive when I encountered difficulty with scheduling home care. Made a very traumatic situation more comfortable to manage. Glad Adrian was there in my time of need. Thank you! Additionally, I referred my brother to Adrian.

As a senior with Medicare advantage insurance, I appreciate the periodic calls from the office of my insurance agent to follow up with me to make sure I am getting the most use from my insurance benefits. I also appreciate the fact that the calls are not a nuisance in that they are excessive, but they are spread out over the year and Carlos, the office assistant, is always professional and courteous and patient. He does not rush the conversation or try to encourage me to hype up the service. I feel that his calls are very helpful in keeping me on track with what I am eligible for, and keeping me informed of any changes in benefits. This is especially important to me since Medicare Advantage exclamation of benefits can sometimes be a little confusing.
