Had high hopes, but was quickly let down by the service, lane function, wait time, and prices. They had one lane left in the VIB (very important bowler) area, and you are indeed not important. The lane we got in had technical difficulties, and it took about 30min to get fixed. They didn’t add anymore time, and started us back at an hour. But we were shorted 10min. $55 per lane per hour btw. The pins were short by 2, and scores were miscalculated. The manager lady only said she “was sorry for the inconvenience”, and would not allow us a refund. Food was ok (spinach dip was solid). We attempted to order drinks and no one came when we ordered through the system, nor did anyone check on us. At the end of our time, we were quickly pushed out due to a private event in the area. TLDR; too expensive, bad service, low quality, and would not return.
I came here for a work event, so im not fully aware on price. I will however note that the space is huge, and there's more here than just bowling. I saw a few axe throwing cages ( I believe), arcade area, and even more areas I didn't go see. Everything felt clean and nice. The food we ordered was good, especially the chicken nuggets. I will definitely be coming back here with friends. My only complaint is that I had to ask a few employees for a drink and it took quite awhile to get one.
Andy Bs hosted my baby shower , we had so much fun, the event room was perfect! The kids played at the arcade - we had a server that took care of us & made sure we had everything we needed. We had sliders, chips & queso , pizza - everything was tasty!! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience 😊
We loved this place! My husband and I had a blast. The VIB section was amazing and a great atmosphere, we also really enjoyed the arcade that had a plethora of games. The drinks are great as well!
I bowled very often in the 90s but it had been nearly 20 years since we went. When this was Heritage Lanes it was my regular hangout so I was so happy to find that it had been renewed and refurbished by people who love and care about bowling, not an arcade with lanes as an afterthought. We spent the afternoon here for my wife's birthday and had a great time. Marty at the front desk welcomed us, asked if we'd been in before and when we told her it was our first time she took us on a full tour! She made us feel so welcome, like we were old friends. Our server Selena took great care of us. She checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. She was so so nice! Beer was ice cold, great happy hour prices, and the crab dip was delicious. The lanes have been beautifully refinished and I loved that the music wasn't too loud. I'm already thinking about trying to have our next work retreat at Andy B's.
