It’s Christmas Eve morning and I had a clogged drain connecting my toilet and shower. Something just a regular plunger or short snake was not going to handle. Apex Plumbing was able to send Mo to fix the problem this morning before my guests arrive for dinner. Thank you, Apex Plumbing and thank you, Mo for being prompt, efficient, friendly, and respectful. I have used Apex in the past and have always been satisfied with their services. I had a coupon for this particular service so the price was great.
Apex Plumbing is great! They arrived at my house quickly and quoted multiple options to resolve my busted sewer pipe. The plumber who did the repair work, John, was a delight to work with and his manager (my apologies, I forgot his name) was extremely helpful and informative. I feel the prices quoted were very reasonable and the quality of the repair work was outstanding. Thank you Apex for saving my day!
Seth originally came out and confirmed that we had a water leak. He also provided us with an estimate for repairs.. He explained our options in great detail. Austin and his team Sergio, James and Luke actually worked on our pipes. Austin and his team did a wonderful job with installing the new pipes. They also took time to carefully remove only the sections of drywall/tile needed as opposed to ripping open the walls. They also covered the holes with plastic until we can get the drywall and tiles repaired. I really appreciate the clean work. When supervisor Jimmy came to examine the work, I asked for some documents. Before the end of the day, I had an email from the office with the requested information. I think all the representatives I’ve dealt with at Apex were fantastic and professional. Every worker who stepped into my house has been courtesy, respectful and professional. I am pleased with the services I have received so far and praying the actual work matches in longevity.
The best parts about my experience with this company was the original person who quoted the job and said he'd be doing the work, but I never saw again, and the competitive prices. They two plumbers that came out and did the job complained about digging the entire time. They told me the way the configured the pipe going into my house probably wouldn't pass inspection and they were correct. The company wasn't transparent about the inspection process, which delayed things, two week before final inspection by the City, which I put on Apex. Had a 70 ft. trench, 1 foot wide in the middle of my front yard for two weeks, when it finally passed inspection after Apex corrected their own problem, they tried to back fill the rain soaked yard and left my meter box with a hole around it. I have a 70 ft. Long 6 ft wide dirt are now because they raked and destroyed the grass. I have some work to do to clean up my yard, but what do you expect for a $5000 job.
Adam, Ace and Irish are the absolute BEST! These three gents are excellent, professional and personable. They had a huge job complicated by a massive oak root ball and they have done a stellar, topnotch job! We went through several plumbers in 15 years and after Allens Alley recommended them we have been using Apex Plumbers for years. They are the only Game in Town!
