What an amazing tasting menu for a season opening weekend after summer break. I have been dining at Atlas bistro regularly for the last couple years and the ever changing tasting menus featuring seasonal ingredients, always surprise with creativity. Fully dressed oysters come with the most original garnishes and are by far my most favorite in the valley. As a non-scallop lover, I was surprised by how delicious the scallops-served-two-ways dish was and found myself wanting more of it. Every dish was available with several dietary modifications, and they were just as delicious (as I got to try diary-free versions from a friend who was dining with me). The main dish came with a filet option instead of the fish, both of which were exceptional with tandoori spices. I already can’t wait for the next reiteration of the menu, and next … and next
Annie was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly! The wine selections will definitely expand your pallet and the owner Todd was very friendly as well. Their bistro is a BYOB with a chef from Barbados so flavor is not a question. Very nice establishment
Top notch service!! The staff are always so nice and even as a wine novice they are more than willing to help find the perfect bottle no matter the price, low or high. Definitely the best place in Scottsdale to source your wine.
Dieser Ort war besser, als ich erwartet hatte! Dieses kleine Restaurant erlaubt BYOB. Mein Mann und ich genossen ein serviertes Abendessen mit einem Shiraz, den wir für unseren Jahrestag aufbewahrt hatten. Ich liebe, wie intim dieser Ort für ein ruhiges Abendessen ist.
