Got my lash extensions yesterday. Lovely experience. Thi did a great job. I like the way she did my lashes; better than my last gal (in another state). I'll be returning for refills.
Thi deserves all the praise she receives and more. Not only does she provide a gentle and cozy spa-like experience, she is also nothing short of a miracle worker. The first appointment I booked with her was right after I had impulsively pulled out all my previous lash extensions (never do this!) due to irritation. I came to her with virtually no natural eyelashes left, and asked for a wispy hybrid set, which is what I’ve been getting for years. She was honest and told me that she wouldn’t be able to make the set wispy due to how few eyelashes I had at the time. Despite this, she managed to give me a beautiful set with the best retention I’ve ever had in my 4 years of getting lash extensions. She continues to efficiently apply beautiful sets that somehow manage to look better with each passing day. Would highly recommend!
I always feel valued as a customer at my lash tech's studio. She takes the time to listen to exactly what I want, and the results are consistently amazing. Every visit leaves me feeling pampered and completely satisfied with my lashes. Highly recommend!
Jessica is very sweet and does the best lashes in San Jose! She does really pretty work, I always get compliments on my lashes. I also appreciate her cleanliness and always sanitizing her hands! The little details don't go unnoticed :)
Thi (Jessica) is a wonderful lash artist with a big heart. She listens very carefully to you when you are describing what sort of lash look you want and serves her clients with the utmost care and integrity. If she doesn’t feel something isn’t going to work (case in point, I asked her if my lashes were long enough to hold a lash lift and she was honest enough to tell me no, it wouldn’t take well), she will tell you and make other suggestions. I really appreciate her advice and trust her. She does beautiful work and will fix things if it’s not up to your expectations. She is truly a gem and I am so glad I found her.
