Jasmine always makes great suggestions and keeps me looking fresh! She knows what I like and I’m always happy with the results! I have tried color lashes, volume, mega, and wispy and all have been great!! I appreciate that she cleans and disinfects her hands and washes my lashes every time! She is meticulous and pays attention to detail!

This place is efficient, clean, cozy, and they know what they are doing. Also cost is very very reasonable for lash extensions. Jasmine is my go-to. She's a responsible lash artist that will not compromise the health of your lashes and will make recommendations on what will accentuate your eye shape. She is very very meticulous, careful and very professional. I've read the other reviews and I honestly have not had any negative experiences and cannot comprehend any of the low reviews/ low ratings. I promise you, see Jasmine or visit last studio and I am confident this will be your go to place for beautiful lash extensions.

im glad i found this place!!! jasmine’s the only tech that has ever gotten my lash map right and even tweaked it so she can personalize it to my eyes! totally recommend and so affordable! will be back 🤍

I’ve been getting my lashes done every month for a long time and have never had a bad experience until this place. The lash tech left so much glue on my eyelashes and eyelids that my eyes were burning the entire time. To make things worse, she actually cut my lower lashes — something no lash artist should ever do. Before the appointment, she even called asking if I was actually going to show up, which was odd since I’ve never missed an appointment and even rescheduled early before to help her out. When I arrived, an older lady made me Zelle her payment upfront, which had never been required before. During the session, she soaked my eyes so much that even my ears were wet, and my eyes burned the whole time. I usually fall asleep during lash appointments, but this time when I woke up, my eyes were glued shut — and that’s when she proceeded to cut my lashes. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I looked in the mirror and saw the damage. I used to tip $40 every visit because I appreciated good service, but this time I couldn’t. The experience was embarrassing, painful, and felt abusive. I left feeling completely disrespected and taken advantage of. Please be cautious before booking here. No one deserves to leave a lash appointment in pain with their natural lashes damaged.

I recently moved to the area and scheduled an appointment at this studio for a lash removal and a new full set of volume lashes. Upon arrival, I was welcomed, signed in, and confirmed that I wanted a cat-eye style with a CC curl, no longer than 15mm. I’ve been getting lash extensions for years and am very familiar with the process, so I had clear expectations. The removal process started smoothly, but partway through the application, I began to feel uneasy. Even with my eyes closed, I could tell something felt off compared to my usual lash appointments. After two hours, the application was complete, but I immediately experienced discomfort—something was poking or rubbing against my eyes, making it difficult to open them comfortably. I told the lash artist that something was irritating my eye, and instead of addressing the lashes directly, she increased the intensity of the fan blowing on my face. I repeated my concern, and she repositioned the fan again. It wasn’t until the third time I said something that she held up her phone with Google Translate, and I realized she didn’t speak English. That was incredibly concerning, as it’s important to communicate clearly when working on such a delicate area of the body. Eventually, I gestured for a lash brush and checked the lashes myself in the mirror. That’s when I realized what was wrong: the lashes had been applied so heavily that they drooped into my eyes and were scraping against them. On top of that, the lash style was nothing like what I had requested—it wasn’t cat-eye, the curl resembled more of a J curl than a CC, and the lengths were all uniform, giving a very unnatural and messy appearance. I told the artist I was in pain, and she offered to look, but I knew the only solution was removal. That process turned out to be painful and stressful as well, with significant stinging and irritation. I was visibly upset, but no one on staff could communicate with me or explain what was happening. After about 1.5 hours, the lashes were finally removed, but my eyes were red, irritated, and my vision was blurred. In total, I spent 3.5 hours at the studio and left feeling worse than when I arrived. While the space itself is clean and the lash artist seemed genuinely remorseful, the inability to communicate during such a sensitive service made for a very negative experience. I strongly urge management to ensure there is always at least one English-speaking staff member available to assist clients, especially when issues arise. Unfortunately, I had a horrific experience and am still feeling the negative effects from it. It’s safe to say I will not be returning.
