I’ve been going to Brian’s fitness classes for close to 10 years. The workouts are super dynamic! He plans them out really well so the sections change every few minutes and there’s no time to get bored. The workouts are super challenging, but Brian is so encouraging and positive that he inspires you to keep with it. He’s quite knowledgeable and offers great modifications for any exercise too!
Brian is an inspirational coach who brings lots of energy and motivation to his workouts. He really believes in culturing a community within his bootcamp which is so refreshing. Every workout is always new and challenging. Highly recommend !!
Brian Brown is an excellent coach and an even more amazing human being. The community he has cultivated around fitness is what I love most about his workouts. There are always friendly faces to encourage and high five you, while the family friendly atmosphere inspires the next generation to live healthy and active lives. My two year old son LOVES to come to the workouts and practice the movements along side me while using the 2lb dumbbell (so cute!!!) I’ve been in athletics, sports, gyms, workout classes, etc. my whole life, and I can honestly say that Brian is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. His workouts are always challenging, never the same, and he plays great music to get you pumped! While the workouts are challenging, he always meets you where you are and offers accommodations for whatever fitness level you’re at, or any injury you may be working through. I can’t recommend Coach Brian and the B3 Fitness community enough. Come as you are, no judgement, diverse community of people pushing to be their best selves.
I have been working out at Brian’s camps for going on 10 years and I can honestly say I am still challenged every class. The group has always been extremely welcoming and I enjoy having the opportunity to work out outside with these folks. The camps are intense, but Brian is always available to provide modifications as needed. He offers a free community workout on Saturdays at 9:00am. Pups and kiddos welcome!
I've been working out with Brian for several years, and he is great! I love that the workouts are outside and he and the group are really supportive and encouraging. I love that the only decision I have to make is to show up - once I'm there I just do my best to do what he says - all things I would never do on my own! I appreciate the variety of exercises he builds in and his ease accommodating different levels of ability. Even though it is a group, he is great about meeting us where we are and is always happy to make adjustments when we need them! I just took a break over the summer due to the heat/travel/an injury and I couldn't believe how different my body felt not going to his workouts. I knew the workouts helped me feel strong and flexible but a couple months off really illuminated the huge impact they have in maintaining my strength, warding off aches and pains, general mobility and well being. I am grateful Brian has continued to offer these workouts!
