Both were highly professional, and Joseph took the time to answer all my questions about proper carpet care. Discussing the job with the owner was very reassuring. Fidel arrived on time, was very professional and informative. There were no surprises on price and two large stains I had for over a year that I tried to remove and thought would be there forever are no longer. Like they never existed! I also had two sitting chairs cleaned and looking pretty good again for being so old. I'm very happy with the company, services and results. I highly recommend this small business.
