Jay was absolutely amazing to deal with. Best Flowers created a beautiful bouquet and sent a photo before it was finalised. They also sent another photo on delivery (which was same day delivery). As I am interstate this was much appreciated. In addition to being beautiful, the flowers were incredibly well priced and Jay adding a small balloon was such a thoughtful touch. The whole process was seamless. Highly recommend. My new go to florist for Melbourne!

truly the most incredible service ever!! i asked for blue flowers to celebrate my brother’s graduation and while it not on the default list and a rare flower to gather, it arrived right when i needed it to! furthermore, to my surprise, the bouquet was soo massive and beautiful. the quality and scent of the flowers is so fresh and top notch! i did not expect such an incredible experience for the price i paid, its incredibly affordable and i will be ordering from here again for future endeavours 🥰💐 °❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:･
Jay is so wonderful, literally the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced, he really goes above and beyond for his customers! I’ve bought from here a few times now and I’ve never been disappointed! The arrangements are always beautiful, they are well worth the money, and I always leave feeling well looked after by Jay and his team. The best, most reasonably priced flowers in all of Melbourne, I can’t justify buying from anywhere else!!
Absolutely phenomenal! Such a beautiful bouquet made up by the wonderful Jay! Theme was pink/peonies (unfortunately not in season) - and Jay was able to create this gorgeous piece! Thank you to Jay's wonderful colleague (who I didnt get their name!) for the good chat and his Pokemon buddy too! Excellent service! Highly recommend!
