These guys did me a great service today! I came in the day prior and got some tires that I thought I wanted installed. (They triple checked that I was sure) got them installed drove home and realized that the tire size that I picked out was smaller than the look I was going for. (This was due to my lack of research on how big I could go on my vehicle). This shop had every right and could have easily told me it was too late or that the job was already complete since they had already installed the tires the day prior that I picked out. I found bigger tires on there website (the size I realized I wanted) and went up there to see if there’s any slight chance that I could get those installed instead and I’d eat whatever cost. Instead of paying a full $800 again for another set, they were able to help me out and swap them out for a very low cost. I will forever appreciate that. In this economy every penny counts. Especially when it’s hundreds of dollars I was able to save due to my stupid mistake. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for great, attentive, and quality service.

Fantastic service & ABSOLUTELY BEST prices. Front office lady was so nice, she took her time and texted me pictures and price quotes for every tire that she knew that I was interested in and got me in the next day and I was only in shop waiting for about 45 minutes. I would 100% come back. this is the only place that I’m going to get tires for now on. Thank you so much.

I’ve had the worst experiences at car places in the past, so much so that I almost hate dealing with anything car related. This place is outstanding. I needed all new tires and a new headlight for my jeep. They scheduled me next day and had it done in a few hours. They also checked my brakes for me as soon as I asked. I was helped by John, May, and Craig, who were all incredibly kind, informative, thorough, and honest. All of them went above and beyond for me. They are a well oiled machine there, which is hard to find these days. I’ve never been to a car shop that doesn’t push you to buy things , and makes you wonder if you really need it or not. I trust them 100 percent and will be coming to this shop for any and all future car work, oil changes, repairs, etc. Thank you!!!

Professional, friendly, clean, honest and respectful. They do everything here, from oil changes and tires, to minor and major repair work. Pricing is more than fair and scheduling/wait time was fast and seamless. Will definitely be returning for all of my routine maintenance. Thank you! 10/17/25 Returned to Big Brand after discovering a screw in my tire and they fixed it for free!! Customer service here is impeccable as usual. ❤️❤️❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Honest, Reliable, and Awesome Service! I brought my 2020 Trail Boss into Big Brand Tires thinking I needed an alignment. Most places would’ve just done the service and charged me, but these guys were incredibly honest—they checked everything and told me I didn’t need it. They didn’t charge me a dime! That kind of integrity is rare these days. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and no-pressure vibe. Definitely earned my trust and my business for the long haul. Highly recommend!
